How to Order

You can order directly through our Wholesale Page (if you are a new stockist, please contact us for log in details) or you can contact us with the items you require and, upon confirmation of the order, we'll invoice you with the total charge.

 

Re-Orders

If you’re a returning stockist and wish to pay within 30 days of receipt of your order, please contact us here with what you require.

 

Custom Orders

Whether you want to carry a different size range or explore different colours—custom orders are available. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

 

Stock Availability

We work closely with our suppliers and carry stocks of fabric in-house to make sure all items on our website are available. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order requirement, we will inform you and refund you immediately.

Minimum Orders

We have no set price for a minimum order. For further information on the minimum quantities per unit, please see the breakdown of wholesale pricing in the Additional Information section for each product.

 

Changes to Orders

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be sent to us within 48 hours. You can contact us here about any changes to your order.

 

Method of Payment

Payments made through our website will be processed by Stripe. We also accept Paypal and BACS payments, please contact us for more information.

 

Delivery & Shipping

All orders are made in-house. Production time is usually between 3–8 weeks, please contact us if you’d like a more specific quote or have a particular delivery date in mind. Once production is finished, shipping times vary between 2–3 working days for the UK and around 2–4 weeks internationally Please contact us for more specific delivery times.

 

Damages / Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt of shipment.

 

Returns / Exchanges

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
