What is your UK returns policy?

It's no problem at all to return something to us, simply follow the steps below.

  • You can return any item within 28 days from receiving your original order.

  • To return your item simply email us at veryan@byveryan.co.uk—make sure to include your order number & to note which items you'd like to return.

  • We will refund you the price you purchased your item at—this includes any sale items.

  • We recommend you ship your returns using Royal Mail Signed For.

  • We'll notify you as soon as we receive your return & let you know that a refund is being processed.

  • In the unlikely event that items are returned in an unsuitable condition we may have to send it back to you.

  • We'll issue your refund within 2 working days of receiving your return.

  • Refunds are issued to the payment method for your original order, this may take up to 5 working days.

  • We recommend you get proof of postage as, in the unlikely event the item is lost in the post, you'll need this in order to claim back the insurance for the item's value.

  • Items do not need to be in their original packaging.

What is your International returns policy?

  • It can take between 3 - 4 weeks for your return to be delivered to our studio.

  • We'll notify you as soon as we receive your return & let you know that a refund is being processed.

  • In the unlikely event that items are returned in an unsuitable condition we may have to send it back to you.

  • We'll issue your refund within 2 working days of receiving your return.

  • Refunds are issued to the payment method for your original order, this may take up to 5 working days.

How does your UK delivery service work?

  • UK delivery is FREE.

  • Delivery is within 1 working days, with the exception of our womenswear garments, which are made to order within 10 working days, prior to delivery.

  • All deliveries are sent First Class Recorded, you'll be sent your tracking number with your delivery confirmation & can check the progress of your order here.

  • A signature may be required on receipt of your item.

 

How does you International delivery service work?

  • International delivery is £12.

  • Delivery is within 2 - 4 weeks, with the exception of our seasonal womenswear garments, which are made to order within 10 working days, prior to delivery.

  • All deliveries are sent via Airsure or an equivalent trackable service. We will update you on which service we've used and give you the tracking number when we confirm your delivery.

 

My order hasn't arrived—what should I do?

  • When we send you your delivery confirmation, we'll also send you the tracking number of your parcel. You can check it's progress by clicking here.

  • Please email us if you need any help.

 

What happens if I order a made-to-order item and an accessory that is usually shipped within 1 working day?

  • All items will be shipped together once the made-to-order item is completed.

  • However, if you would like the item with the shorter shipment time to be shipped more quickly, please contact us and we’ll happily deliver it within the ordinary 1 working day period.

 

I’ve bought a gift card, what happens next?

  • Gift cards are posted within 1 working day

  • If you haven’t received your gift card, you can contact us here

  • Please note, sales made by gift card are non-refundable

  • Any unused value cannot be redeemed as cash

 

I ordered a gift card, by mistake, can I cancel my order?

  • Please contact us within 7 days of placing your order

  • To ensure a quick response, include “Gift Card Refund” in the Subject Box

  • We’ll refund you within 1 working day of receiving your email

  • Refunds are issued to the payment method of your original order, this may take up to 5 working days

  • Your unique voucher code will be cancelled immediately
